This is me waiting at first post. I had to run fast. We didn't win the matches but it was fun. I have another match on Tuesday.
Posting from Nakuru, Kenya. I have moved overseas with my family, aged 7.

A Trip to the Equator
The equator passes through 10 countries .6 of them are in Africa: Kenya (where we live), Somalia, Uganda, Congo, DRC and Gabon. The other countries are in Asia (Indonesia) and South America (Equador, Brazil, and Colombia).
This is a demonstration of the Coriolis Effect. You had a bowl of water with a stick inside. When you are on the equator the stick does not move around because the water drains straight down. When you are north of the equator the stick turns one way as the water spirals down and when you are south of the equator the stick turns the other way. It was very interesting to watch.

This is the first day at school . Me and Sam are there. We start at 7.55am, much earlier than in England. We have swings and slides in the playground. You get snaks at playtime and everyone eats school dinners everyday. In class you earn smiley faces and frowning faces. If you get 5 smiley faces you get a merit and you collect merits to earn certificates. If you get 5 frowning faces you get a merit taken away.
This is me and Sam, we are walking to school.we walk on our own. we are in are PE. Kits. I have rounders practice 4 days a week. This is one of those days. In class I sit by Natalie. My teacher is called Mr Bywater. I like my new school but it is different to St John's.
