A busy week!

I am on half term now, but I had a very busy last week. This is me and Sam last Sunday. We are waiting to start our leg of "Run A Ton". This is where people from Greensteds School run 110 km in a day to raise money for charity. People run legs of 1 or 2 km at a time. Daddy ran 5km and me and Sam ran 1km (me and Sam were the two youngest people to run a leg).

The route of the run is from Narok, over the Mau escarpment (climbing 1000m on this part) and then back to Greensteds: Route Map

On Tuesday I went to St. Andrew's School, Turi for the up-country swimming gala. This is me doing the U9 20m  backstroke.

I came third.

This is me at the changeover in the U9 medley relay. I swam the backstroke leg and I am swapping over with Maria who swam the breaststroke leg.
This is me swimming the last leg of the U9 freestyle relay.

On Thursday I travelled to Turi again to play in my first hockey matches, against St Andrew's School and Pembroke House School.

Then on Friday it was the inter-house music competition. I sang in the house choir. We sang "que sera, sera".  My house, Batian, won the competition.

After such a busy week I was definitely ready for a holiday.
